Why do I cry so much
I'm always a Happy person. I am in scool I'm a 4.0 average student and my boyfriend is the light in my life. I get so emotional with him. He is caring and loving really amazing. Lately all I do is cry for any reason I mean I really break down. When things r bad I break Down take my emotions beyond what they are. He left me now I can't control anything I feel.

Crying is a normal fact of life. Lots of people look at it as a negative, (myself included). It is not a sign of weakness or bad. When we cry we release chemicals that help our bodies to reduce stress. Our tears from crying are different than when our eyes water.
You have said you have broken up with your boyfriend. It is okay that you feel sad about that and cry. You can also be sad about one part of your life and happy about another at the same time. Give yourself permission to feel what you are feeling with no judgements. It is what it is.
You say you are crying too much. Only you can determine if that is so as it is different for each person. If you still feel it is too much then I would talk to your family doctor explain what is wrong and going on. Be truthful with them and listen to any advice they give you.
