Okay so I got my ears pierced in August and now its January I have changed my earrings before but about a week ago I noticed a red bump next to my earlobe piercing, it hurts when I touch it but otherwise its not that bad. My ears aren't bleeding or anything its just this. My right ear is fine the earring goes right in but I'm having problems with my left. I tried putting an earring in but.it wouldn't go through. I've put it in backwards a few times to keep the hole from closing but it won't go in... what should I do? Is it badly infected? Please help. By the way I have 12k gold posts that I've been wearing. I clean them and have been putting a hot compress on my bad ear is that good please advise.
