I nap but then I am tired and getting older.

I am 30yrs old, an african, I have two kids. It started before we were married but was not much. He complains about everything I do, he has a bad temper. My family and friends knows about this, I cry all days, he will just get angry wihout reasons and am getting tired of it all. My kids are growing up and would not like them to know what am going through.
