    Hipaa violation
My pharmacist gave my wife a print out of the scripts I have ordered over the last few months. Granted she's my wife, and never mind that I shouldn't keep things from her; however, we got in a huge argument over it. I feel they have divulged information that should be approved to distribute. Have the violated hipaa?

Yes, unless you had signed something giving her permission.
Has she been picking some of the medication up for you?

You may report it to the drug store, most likely the person who gave it to you will receive a written warning, and have to do retraining about the rules and regulations.
