    exercise and diet.. will reduce them and even those are no sure cure... Plus you have to do this over time, it can't be done quickly and you have to make permanent habit changes to maintain it afterwards.

    Sorry, there are no one size fits all answer beyond what I gave you. Too many variables person to person. Some people are predisposed to upper body fat while others pack it onto their butt and thighs.
