    Bumps on thighs and scrotum
    I am a 24 year old male and I have these unusual bumps on my scrotum and around my inner thigh area. Its seems that each bump is around a hair folicle. At first, I though I was having a herpes breakout, but when I took the medicine, it didn't go away. Can anyone tell if I have a different type of infection or what this is. I think it might be follcultiits because its always itching and moist. It hasn't gone away in about a month now.

    People can't diagnose you with any credible level of certainty on a site such as this ,given what you are reporting.

    You do need to see a doctor.

    If you have no insurance,you can go to an emergency room and be billed.

    Most states have health care facilities that will charge you according to your income.

    Maybe it is scabies,maybe it is so many other things,you won't know unless you see a doctor.
