    I have to show up to court for been a MALICIOUS WOUNDING victim and I have Subpoena and my mother is scared that I would get deported just because I'm not legal is theirs any way that can happen?? "

    Yes.. even if you were legal with a green card that can be just cause to take away your green card and deport you as well.
