    Pinched nerve or pulled muscle?
    My upper right back and lower neck are extremely sore... right arm tingles with pain... muscle rubs barely work... stretching and relaxation unsatisfying... Help please

    The tingling would suggest a nerve is impacted. A pulled muscle wouldn't cause tingling. Sounds like something's a little out of whack in your neck or upper back. I'd probably try a chiropractor or see a doctor. A chiropractor can physically manipulate it back into place; a doctor might give you something like a muscle relaxant, which might help it go back into place on it's own and stop muscle spasms that might be making it more uncomfortable.
