    USCIS notification
    What does this notification means from USCIS... Approved or Denied... Has anybody got similar notification on their case ?

    Decision

    On December 5, 2012, the review of your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was completed. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our website at USCIS Home Page for further updates on your case, including when the decision is mailed. If you have not received the decision within 14 days of the date above, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

    During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

    It means exactly what it says. They have made a decision on your case, and you will get it in the mail shortly.

    What is difference between "Decision" and "Post Decision Activity"?

    The review of your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was completed

    For many the wording "Approved" is there whereas in this case it is completed?

    This letter means very little or really nothing.

    It just says the case has been reviewed and they will send you a formal notice soon. And gives you a web site to follow up with the process.

    It means that they will either approve the request you made or they will deny it. There is nothing else to note, till you get the letter.
