    My grandson married a girl from Viet Nam about 2 years ago. She was here on a school visa. She needs a work ID for tax purposes. What should she do?

    She needs to change visa to one for being married and to work. It is easier if they use an immigration attorney

    She probably needs an Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN), which requires submission of Form W-7 and a certified copy of her passport with their joint tax return.
