    No you cannot do this. It does not matter how many people sign. If he is illegal they won't let him here. Stupid immigration law

    You don't provide much information, but if you are a USC, then you can either file the K-3 visa for him to enter the US to file his adjustment of status (AOS) or you can file the I-130 here and have him apply for the IV at his home consulate.
