    Vop with a felony how long will be in jail ?
    Hey my boyfriend got sent to jail 10months ago on vop with resist arrest w/o violence . How long will he be in jail for ? He's going on 11months without bond .

    What was he sentenced to? That determines how long he will be in jail. However if you mean until trial.. it could be a few years... remember OJ Simpsons last trial?
