    Statute of Limitations in nova scotia on claims for bank negligence
    Fraudulently signed cheques were cashed by a secretary over a period and the bank gave the cash. What is the statute of limitations in this case?

    Bank fraud has no statute of limitations, the crime can be enforced anytime.
