Should I go to a truckin job that does hair urine test if iwas legally precribed tramadol for pain after gittin out of the hospital for diabetes I was prescribed 60 tabs a month for 4 months 1 to 4 tabs aday as needed for pain somedays I used 5 pills and up to 6 cuase of the pain in lower back and shoulders I only filled the scripe after 4 weeks past in my frist scripe I was out of pills in 14 days and waited till the next 2 weeks before gittin it refilled but I was in pain and the doctor was kind of like not believing it when I left the hospital I was @ 1400 plus blood suger level I started taking insulin at a 100 units aday n 2 1/2 months later thur wieght lose and n diet I've made it off insulin and on 1 500 mg metformin pill company wants me to bring in doc name ph# fax# address etc at time of test with script bottles whitch I have is this a good or bad idea do to I don't what I was giving at the time of the hospital I was at for 6 days before release

It was tough reading one long confusing misspelled sentence, but I don't see why you don't just give the employer access to your medical records. They have a right to know what a driver's condition is anyway, for safety reasons. What 'pill company' wants doctor's name?
