What's a pillow pack?
And, assuming that's something that doesn't belong in a package of sandwich meat, what's your question?

I'd also like to know what a "pillow pack" is.
But, let's assume it doesn't belong in a sandwich, and your daughter took a bite. What medical costs did you incur because of this?

AK, the only thing I could find for "pillow pack", that could fit into a sandwich, is the following.

It's cardboard. Not harmful.
I'm fairly sure that as soon as you had it in your mouth, you'd spit it out.

Do you mean that little packet of preservative that you aren't supposed to eat?

I thought of that too TJ.
If that's the case, then no problem. My dog ate one once, so I did a lot of panicked research about it. They're harmless.
So again, I would have to as the OP, what damages did she, or her daughter, incur from eating this "pillow pack"?
After all, this is in the law forum, so I'm assuming that the OP wants to sue. In order to sue, you have to incur damages.

I was thinking all day and saw a package of seaweed with the little pack in it. I would be more worried about a sick child, than a lawsuit.

Same here. But for some, everything is a potential lawsuit.
Of course if he OP's daughter got sick from the packet, or choked, and ended up having to go to emergency, then the company should reimburse her for that cost. But at this point the only thing I can see the company paying for, is the cost of the sandwich. Not really worth suing for.

:::SIGH::: And, yet again, we have to wait for the OP to return and explain so we can help.

In general, if there was something foreign in a package, you should return it to the store, and get a refund on your purchase. You may want to report it to the manufactor, so they can review procedure on it.
If there was any illness or sickness from this, you may ask for your medical costs involved.
