I had (3) non-alcoholic beers and was tested via a urine test 3-4 hours later. Will this show anything?

No this has no alcohol in it,

Actually Chuck, the non alcoholic beer where I live, does have alcohol in it. Normal beer is 5%, nonalcoholic is 0.5%.

There's a possibility, if the nonalcoholic beer was the kind with a minimal amount of alcohol in it. You had 3, and the test was done 3 hours afterward. So it's possible.
