I do believe the nurse would have to keep this under wraps. She is only obligated to notify the parents with communicable illnesses when the child has to leave the school.

Certainly that teacher would talk through this with you. And there's no crime committed if he/she buys you a test since it is just to help you reset your compass for the future.
Or the teacher could take you to Walgreen's?
