I haven't had my period which comes regularly. I've had all the symptoms except for the spotting but I did have implantation cramping and I haven't thrown up so am I lucky like my friends say I am or am I not really pregnant which I hope is not true

I don't know why you think that spotting is a symptom of pregnancy. It's not.

How late is your period? Have you taken a pregnancy test using first morning urine? If not, that's your first step.
