    Trane xr80 thermostat wiring
    Ok so I have a trance xr80 forced air unit in my attic I had a plain digital Honeywell thermostat and just bought one with the fan on/auto switch. I want to run just the fan to help circulate heat from my wood stove. Upon removing my old thermostat the green wire was attached to the r te white wire to w terminal. In the diagram it says green needs to go to g for fan relay but when I do this the thermostat has
