    Did the other parent have custody? Why do they figure you have anything to do with this truancy situation? Perhaps you simply need to have your attorney explain it to them.

    I don't understand that issue. If he wasn't living with you than you're not accountable.

    Did you have custody and leave your son with someone else?

    Well, are you the custodial parent, if so yes you can be held legally accoutable for him.

    Why is he not living with you if you have custody? Who is he living with
