    I have been vomiting everything
    I have been vomiting and diarrhea everything I have ate or drank for the last 8 hours, I'm also suffering from bad stomach cramps.

    Sounds like a wicked flu bug or food poisoning. It should stop after 12 hours though. I had it a year ago last April and wow was it bad. But you eventually come out of it. You need to sip some water otherwise you will get the shakes from being dehydrated. After your body calms down take it easy with food for the next few days.
