Here we go again, pup is vomiting.
I have an appointment with the Vet tomorrow to check out Callie's ear problems (smelly ears)... and tonight she drank a lot of water, she threw up, and swallowed it. Will she be OK until I get her to the Vet tomorrow?

They seem to do that sometimes. I think she will be OK.

I hope you get some help on the ears.

Dogs have a weak stomach. It is very common for them to throw up after drinking an excessive amount of water. Imagine when you are very thirsty and you guzzle a whole glass of water, then you feel kind of bloated from drinking too much at one time. Dogs are the same way, but instead they just throw it back up. It is nothing to be worried about.
As for the ears, both maltese and poodles are known for having bad ears. I don't know what you are doing know but it is important to clean them out everyday (if they are bad) with a solution you can get at the vet or pet store. But some dogs get infections easily and have to go on and off an antibiotic regularly.
