Hi.

Am 28 M working for a Software Co. almost 5 years. My Female boss {widow} 32 with a kid, surprisingly for the past one week she started giving eye contact and smile to me. During weekend I texted her couple of smiling messages and also a message stating her dress code was good. On Monday she was not usual to office and didn't even smiled at me and came to my desk. She called through phone me and thanked me for complementing her and asked me to concentrate on work.

Its almost 2 days over. No reactions from her, I thing shez fearing about something. but unable to findout what had happen to her.

Sounds pretty straight forward to me - she smiled at you, you assumed it meant something, you texted her a couple of times over the weekend, come Monday morning she thanked you for the compliments, but suggested you concentrate on work. In other words, she's not interested. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but that's what it seems like to me.
