    90s Cartoon Christmas TV Movie?
Ok so I've Googled out the wazoo on this. This is a 90's cartoon TV movie (USA Network) and it's about this orphanage that's ran by this mean woman. She won't let the kids do anything at all, only schoolwork, eating, and cleaning and bedtime. This other woman comes by and I guess she's needing a job, strikes up a conversation with the meanie and she's hired. She takes the kids out in the snow when the meanie allows it and helps the kids with homework and cleaning, etc. It comes time for Christmas and they all tell the nice woman they want a tree. She runs it by the meanie and she says either yes but it's a crappy one, or no and they don't (until the end). But, at the end, the meanie sees them all happy around a tree outside in their little yard and her heart thaws out (not like we see in a Grinch-esque movie, she just smiles or some ) and I think she tears up, too. Anyway, that's all I can think of now. I'm pretty sure it was on USA Network back in the day. Thanks!
