Old christmas movie - cartoon/animated
A little boy runs away during a snow storm carrying a stick with red polkadotted bag, gets trapped in a cave with candy cane bars that he has to lick to get out. What christmas animated/cartoon is this? Might be a russian movie? Its almost a bit of a scary kind of movie from what I remember
