My Husband is no longer attracted to me, Im 21 years old and he's 30.

We rarely have sex, but I'm told he loves me and he still thinks I'm pretty. But now my confidence has gone down the loo.

I feel ashamed, he tells me its because I've put on weight, I fluctuate, I admit that, but I have gone from a size 10-14 in the last 2-3 years. Yet "It's not just a little bit of weight Cathryn, It's a lot", this was said last night.

I recently started boot camp, just to make that little bit of effort that he might one day look at me and think phorrr.

I don't think that will ever happen..

We both want kids, I asked if he wanted kids with me, and the answer is yes, and he will do anything to make sure I don't leave.

But my hearts telling me to stay but my head to go...

What do I do?

Remind him that he married you for better or for worse, and that gaining weight shouldn't change how he feels about you.

Is he perfect? I doubt it. Is there something about him that you'd like to change? I'm sure there is. But couples don't harp on the little things when they're in love and in a committed relationship.

Frankly, if my husband had said what yours did, I wouldn't want to have sex with him. He'd be sleeping on the couch, and getting the silent treatment, if I actually decided to stick around.
