How do I get custody of my son when the grandma tricked me into signing full custody
I was 15 when I got pregnant... 16 when I had him.. I didn't have the motherly instincts that I should have and the grandma didn't help she just took over instead... I took advantage of it.. I just moved to a town that I had friends in when I was younger.. I went to school and hung out with friends... I believed and trusted my mother she was my best friend... She kept bugging me about temp custody because I couldn't financially take care of my son quite yet... So I said OK for the good of my son... I didn't understand anything that paper said and so I signed it... A couple of weeks later she kicks me out and a couple of months later she had the paper norterized and I wasn't there to witness it at all... I want custody of my son back how can I prove that this was a set up >? And get my son back before he is to old... I'm now 18yrs old and he is almost 2yrs old I need help

You aren't doing anything without hiring a lawyer and going to court. Because only a court can change it.

Honestly going to court is the only way but it helps if you can prove you are in a position to care for him

My wife and I just won our child custody rights back and the circumstances are very similar to yours..
It takes time and money. Go find a lawyer. $300 filing fee and your off to the races.
The court will almost aleways side with the biological parents..
NOTE; keep your body clean from pot or drugs during the whole ordeal.
She will have to prove your unfit and that's all she can do..
You can continue to take this to court for the rest of your life. There is no final limit..
Have a car, a decent dwelling, near a school... have a room set up for a child.
YOU WILL WIN!! It just takes money don't give up.. and do not trust them anymore after its over...
When the grandparent sees that you will prob. Win then she may be willing to compromise.

I wish to add something to this forum.
This is become a common thing, grandparents coveting our children. And the way they are going about it. Feigning friendship and generosity gaining our trust. Then come up with a plan to sign papers that say the grandparents get custody if something happens to the parents or so they can enroll them in schools and daycares and such. When in reality they are having us voluntarily sign over primary custody to them and after that's done the kindness and generosity stops..
Making it obvious that this was all plotted and planned from the onset.
These people are the ever selfish "baby boomers". Time for them in mass to start the mid life crisis.. the men take viagra and purchase a corvette or a harley (looks ridiculous) and the women covet others children to fill the void and stave off the overwhelming feelings of uselessness.
I think this is purely disgusting and pathetic and there need to be legislation to pass laws in order to slow this nonsense down or put a stop to it all together..
