    Restraining orders
    If the mother filed a restraining order against the father (that has full custody) can the child still call the mother?

    Unless the child was covered by the RO, then there should be no block against the child calling or seeing the mother. However, visits will probably need to be arranged with a 3rd party so the two are not in contact.
