    Restraining orders
    I need a restraining order against my ex dropped. I am the person responsible for it being filed. What should I do?

    Contact your lawyer who helped you get it, and have him or her make it go away.

    If you obtained the restraining order without the assistance of counsel, file a motion to dissolve or quash it.
