Cross state filing of support against NCP
I live in NY. I am a NCP & mother. My ex husband lives in PA with our 2 children. He is very wealthy ($400k)& I am now very poor(unemployed recently but prior$30K) since this abusive marriage & divorce. PA issued a child support against me the NCP right after I got married 6 years ago. PA never cross filed in NY. Is the current PA support order against me ILLEGAL? Abusive? Etc I thought by law it was required to be filed in NY.
