    Two Negative Pregnancy Tests but late period
    Hi everyone I am 15/16 years old. I had protected sex and I am almost positive the condom was not broken. My last period lasted longer than it usually does. I still have not gotten my period. I took two pregnancy tests and both ended up negative by First Response. I am still waiting on my

    Sorry my question got cut off. I am stoll waiting on my period to come. What is going on?

    It could be that you tested too early.

    How late is your period?

    I just took another one (the third) and it was negative. First response is very sensitive it can detect very easily I'm sure it is not wrong and I'm almost positive I'm not pregnant, then where is my period?

    Actually, first response is about as accurate and sensitive as the pregnancy tests at the dollar store.

    You're only a week late. Most women don't get a reliable pregnancy test until well after their first month of pregnancy.

    Wait until your next period is due. If you miss it as well then test again. Make sure to use first morning urine, or, go to your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

    That's really all you can do, and if you see your doctor I'm sure he/she will say the same.
