It could be that you tested too early.

My period was supposed to come already I'm about a week late but my last period was irregular

I just took another one (the third) and it was negative. First response is very sensitive it can detect very easily I'm sure it is not wrong and I'm almost positive I'm not pregnant, then where is my period?

Actually, first response is about as accurate and sensitive as the pregnancy tests at the dollar store.

You're only a week late. Most women don't get a reliable pregnancy test until well after their first month of pregnancy.

Wait until your next period is due. If you miss it as well then test again. Make sure to use first morning urine, or, go to your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

That's really all you can do, and if you see your doctor I'm sure he/she will say the same.
