My husband for 4 years is divorcing me and wanted me to leave US..
My husband and I are married for 4 years. We lived together for a year overseas before he moved back to us. It took 2 years before I got my permanent residency. Upon arrival, I was approved for a 10 yr gc and received it within the month prior to my arrival.I been living to US for a year now. I been here for over a year now.
My question is, can he invalidate my gc? He wanted me to leave US because he said he doesn't want his brother to be in the line as he was the co-sponsor,. If I leave the country, can I still go back? THanks. PAm |
