Mood swings / uncomfortable
Hey I'm 20 years old and lately I haven't been feeling comfortable being in my own house just haven't been feeling like myself lately everything is great but I just don't feel comfortable I want to be alone most of the time away from everyone etc etc... And I just find myself getting emotional, being angry all the time and just having an attitude with people lately I don't know what do you guys think is wrong? And what should I do ?
