    Could this mean I have a infection
    I have pain shooting along the sides of my back where my kidney is and pain shooting where my heart is and across the top part of my stomach. I can here my stomach gurgle and the pain is burning even I have a light white sticky discharge I saw my period last month did not bleed long I am on the mirena and on coumadin. From time to time I see a light red tinge when I wipe I have had two pregnancy test done both negative and I eat well no bulge feeling in stomch and my nipples are not hurting I have pain in my lower part of stomach like my period wants to come on very sharp pain

    Your symptoms could be any number of things and may not even be related to each other. Any woman taking coumadin and using Mirena needs to see her doctor about pains. A white sticky discharge is normal, however.

    Yes, the pains require a trip to your doctor, sounds more as Joypulv mentioned possible two unrelated things happening at same time. But without medical tests, no way to know
