    I have missed my periods for around 18 days now with negative blood and urine test, I experienced some spotting for 2 days very light colour at the time of my periods and after that I experienced stomach bloating,tiredness,fatigue,hunger as symptoms of pregnancy what do I need to do.. what test I need to do..

    See your doctor for a blood test and your doctor can do any other necessary follow up tests.
