    digestive issues
    I have been having so digestive issues. I have been waking up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pains. Not normal cramps but stomach pains, which is followed by diarrhea several times and nausea. Usually this happens several times. It has been happening randomly over the course of the year. I was thinking it was things that I ate but then realized it was something else. After the episode at night my stomach is still not right and hurting all day and I don't feel like eating. I have not lost my appetite but when I have these bouts I just feel full and don't want to eat much. I googled IBS, Chrons, Celiac, and Ulcers. Can you please help advise me as to what to do. I was thinking about starting probotics but am not sure if that will only mask the symptoms. I am also a 37 year old female, I am overweight, but just had blood work and it all came back well. I do have PCOS and am currently taking birth control pills and aldoctone.

    This is best discussed with your doctor.
    He is the best one to help you here, perhaps a referral to a Gastroenterologist.
