I need advice basically there is a guy I like we known for a year we met on the net we saw each other for the first time the other day and things went really well we had a heart to heart conversation about our past he said can't beilive I know you for a year I said back to him it's gone so quick wish we met up earlier then he spoke about hid ex how he treated her and I spoke about mine we both kept gazing in to each others eyes then it was time to go sadly but we both gave a cuddle said bye then the next day I said would really like to see you again he said yea so we both arranged to meet up again but I don't know weather to make the first move or not because when we met up the day I had a few chances to hug and cheer up him but didn't know how he would react but next time we meet do you think I should ? Also how do I tell him I really like him?

I don't know that I would want to jump into a relationship with someone that I felt needed "cheering up" on our first meeting.
It sounds like you are both still hung up your exes.
