    Large breast size
    I'm 21 years old having 55 kg weight but my breast size is 38 making me very much uncomfortable.I was having guilty in my both breast but it was not cancer and with time as the guilty decrease the size of breast increases . Please tell me some exercise to reduce the size !

    What do you mean 'guilty' in your breast? No exercise will reduce breast size, but breast reduction surgery will.

    If the breat size is harming your body, they may do surgary ( somewhat painful) to reduce the size. It will leave scars.

    But size 38 is far from large and to be honest most women would love to have that size.
