    Head pain
    I had a bad head ache in the top left of my head the pain suddenly released with a feeling of almost trickling now the whole left side of my head hurts specifically where the original pain was and at the base of my skull

    No one online can know what that is. You need tests, X rays, maybe an angiogram, who knows? A lot of pain felt in the head is outside the skull (brain tissue has no nerves), so if it isn't your eyes, ears, nose, or mouth, it might be a blood vessel in the scalp. There are tons of nerves and blood vessels between the skull and the scalp.
