No one online can know what that is. You need tests, X rays, maybe an angiogram, who knows? A lot of pain felt in the head is outside the skull (brain tissue has no nerves), so if it isn't your eyes, ears, nose, or mouth, it might be a blood vessel in the scalp. There are tons of nerves and blood vessels between the skull and the scalp.
