Made for TV Children's Halloween movie from late 80's early 90's
There's not a lot about this movie that I can remember as far as plot goes but I remember there were kids trick-or-treating and somehow aliens are involved (I think they stumble upon a spaceship and pass the alien off as a friend in cosutme?). The setting was similar to hocus pokus and I vividly remember a scene with a rather large wooden bridge and a water wheel in the background. I think it was a hallmark movie or something like that, I remember my mother had taped it and I used to watch it every year (which means its probably early 90's rather than late 80's but you never know taped TV movies).
