I have small white spots on the end of my penis. They look a bit like hair is about to grow of them but hair doesn't grow on the end of your penis does it? Please help I'm starting to worry that I have an std though I am a virgin...

Don't worry (when you know you can't have an STD) about bumps and spots of all sorts, both men and women.
Look on wikipedia at Fordyce's spots. There's a picture too.

It could be anything... and again, most are harmless. If it hurts it could be an ingrown hair, or an infected cut or pimple or cyst... you can try keeping it clean and dry (unscented soap, rinse well, air out around the house naked). You can buy an antiseptic cream that contains neosporin and bacitracin. You can buy cortisone spray or cream. If that doesn't help it go away, see a doctor. If it's infected past the drugstore remedy, such as redness, spreading, you get an antibiotic.

White pus is white blood cells. This portion of your blood other then red cells, is fighting an infection.
