Small spots on penis
Hi, I'm 13 and concerned about these small yellow/white spots on my penis. They are around my foreskin and are very, very small, though high in number. They are randomly scattered around the entire tip of the penis on the skin. I am uncircumcised, and I have never had sex but I'm worried about the appearance and I want them to go. They do not cause me any pain or itching and do not produce any other liquid. Once again they are on the skin. Does anybody know what they are or how to get rid of them?

These are bumps found on the penis that are not a disease... Sebaceous glands and penile papules are often mistaken for STDs, but they are not sexually transmitted. Sebaceous glands are usually attached to hair follicles, but can also appear on hairless areas of the body, such as the penis. The glands release a fatty substance called sebum on to the surface of the skin, which may give the appearance of a rash. Pearly penile papules are often mistaken for genital warts but are in fact a physical variation found in many men. Papules appear around the head of the penis as small, dome-shaped bumps, which may be skin-coloured. The pics of them are on this page, just scroll down to the bottom...
