    Washing machine will not fill with water

    Also, the screens could be stopped up on the solenoids or trash could be in the diaphragms. If it's the latter you will have to take the valves apart and clean the parts with vinegar and a toothbrush. You need to use a meter to test all the parts out because you cannot guess when repairing appliances.
