    Only if you have a way to pay it off then you could get one I had got my first MasterCard and visa when I was in the 5th grd because I was able to pay it off

    What? He's asking about a Visa to stay in the US.

    What are you talking about?

    What grade are you in now?

    EDIT: A freshman in high school. This has got to be a joke. No freshman in high school answers a question about Immigration/Visa law with information about a Visa credit card.
