    Us tourist visa for minor
    My brother is 16 yrs old. I want him to come in the us for vacation. My mom is a legal permanent resident. Is there a possibility that my brother can get a tourist visa on his own?

    Since he is qualified for immigrant visa, his B1/B2 application will be denied.
