Hi, my age is nearly 21. Today morning, I happened to see a flow of blood suddenly as if my periods have started. But it came 10 days early than the due date which is 30th of the month. And then, the bleeding stopped immediately. My menstruation always happen with bitter cramps, but this time there's no pain at all, and now it's stopped. I never had a sexual intercourse with anybody, but I do practice masturbation alone almost everyday. A few days ago, till today, I had swollen and painful breasts as well. What could be the possible reason for this? Please help.

Assuming you have not had any sexual relationship that can lead to pregnancy, infection comes to mind, or a early start to the period, hormone imbalance.

Shall I consult a doctor or wait for my cycle turning normal in its own course? Is it anything serious?
