    Early and Light Menstruation
    Boyfriend and I have been sexually active and always been wearing a condom.We always make sure that it is not broken. I got my period a week early and started as regular brown discharge. The first day was like a normal period, until the second day were there was little blood and brown discharge again. This continued for about 3 days, until it completed stopped. What's happening?

    Could be an off period... it happens sometimes. Pregnancy is always a possibility even when using contraception.

    See what happens when your next period is due. If it too is unusual from your norm, or certainly if it doesn't show up, try a pregnancy test.

    If you can't stand the wait, try a test about two weeks after the unusual period.
