    Someone said he will sue me. Is he trolling or for real?
    He sent this message by via Facebook
    "this is a message from 0000's lawyer. This is a formal notice that your messages have been collected as legal evidence and will be used against you in a court of law, should you choose to proceed with your harassment and slander. My client has expressed his will not to be contacted by you in the future. He is protected under US and Canadian Laws, and by sending him further messages you will be explicitly contravening his right to privacy, which is punishable by law. Please do not send my client any further messages."

    English is not my first language.
    So please explain what does this mean?

    He harassed me in the first place so I send a message lik u manhoe, you are so pervert so you had with your own sister and cheap looking club hoe blahbla along those line...

    I know I kind of swore him but He was really bad perv.
    He text very nasty word in the frist place.


    I am freaked out please help me.

    He or anyone could have sent that to you.

    Best thing to do is stop communicating with him, and mind your own business, no matter what you receive from him. And don't respond to anyone else who PMs or texts you with swear words.

    Very easy to understand, whether that was written by a lawyer or not: don't communicate in any way from now on with this person. He's not saying he IS going to sue, just that he WILL sue if you continue.

    As the others have suggested, stop trading insults with him.

    But no, it is doubtful that an attorney wrote that, and no, it is not lat all likely (Chances being slim-to-none.) that such an attorney would actually represent him in a lawsuit against you over this. He doesn't have a case.

    They may have contacted an attorney, but it did not say they were going to sue you, they told you to stop contact, so unfriend this person, and do not contact them again, and you will be fine.

    Since attorneys normally don't send messages by Facebook, or by email I doubt it is a real lawyer, but you are liable for what you write,

    Did an attorney write this, no I doubt it, but just leave this person alone.
